Washington Sales Tax on all items. NOTE! NO ITEMS MAY BE REMOVED UNTIL SATISFACTORY PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE! Seller and/or Booker Auction Co. reserves the right to maintain possession of any item sold until funds are verified. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT RECOURSE. All advertising information was obtained from sources deemed reliable. Although every precaution has been taken to assure accuracy, the seller and Booker Auction Co., shall not be liable for errors and/or omissions. Announcements or Notifications made by the Auctioneer at the time of the auction take precedence over printed matter. All items immediately become the responsibility of the purchaser after being sold. Booker Auction Co. is not responsible for accidents.

PAYMENTS

All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa & MasterCard Credit Cards ONLY. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer’s premiums, and any taxes. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargeback’s will not be accepted.

REMOVAL

All purchases must be picked up by February 4, 2010. Items will be picked up by the winning bidder after full payment has been made. Any merchandise that is not picked up during the specified pick up times will be considered abandoned property, with all of the buyer’s rights and interests in the property extinguished.
